I've been doing sessions with Stephanie for almost two years now. We do a range of HIIT work-outs, ab focus and leg strengthening. We've also worked on what I eat, so that I'm eating enough and the right things at the right times. I've got my 8-pack back and have knocked off 30 seconds per mile in my half marathon runs. She can be tough but that's the only way you'll ever get the results you're after.



Stephanie is a fantastic trainer, she really listens to your needs and goals and adapts a suitable programme that will work for you.  She is highly motivated and makes the sessions fun and enjoyable leaving you feeling great afterwards.

I did my first ever triathlon this summer – an Olympic distance. I did regular HIIT workouts with Stephanie and she also wrote me a nutrition plan for the build-up to the tri. I did it in 3 hours flat. Yayyy! I was soooo proud of myself that I have signed up for another one in 2017. Looking forward to doing all the training with Stephanie once again.

I started seeing Steph for some training four months after having my first baby. She pitched the exercises brilliantly, stretching me enough but not pushing me too far. It was a great mix of strength work and cardio and she gave me lots of great tips for exercises to take home and do on my own that would help get me toned back up after giving birth.


I started training with Steph to build up my overall fitness. She showed me how easy it is to use all of the equipment in a gym and how certain exercises will focus on particular areas of my body. Personal training sessions with Steph are never dull - every class is different and we vary between training inside and outside. 
What makes Steph a special trainer is how motivated and passionate about her profession she is. She's also able to offer nutritional advice, which is awesome. 
Steph's attitude is energetic, fun, and she is totally committed to her clients and I can’t recommend her enough.
